Male recipe for fertility

Slow down and avoid stress

If you have a stressful job or spend a lot of time in front of a computer screen, make sure to take a break for relaxation. Remember about the role of a good night’s sleep. Sleep 7-8 hours a day. This way you will retain both youthfulness and health.

Take care of a healthy diet

Foodstuffs to eat: full-fat dairy products, e.g. milk, white cheese, yoghurt, products rich in ETAs (essential fatty acids), e.g. salt-water fish, sushi, plant oils, avocado; wholemeal bread, fruit and vegetables, and lean meat.
Foodstuffs to avoid: confectionery, processed foodstuffs, sweet beverages, crisps.

Be physically active

Physical activity (2-3 times a week) will make you feel better. Swimming, jogging or moderate strength workout – whatever you choose will have a beneficial effect on your reproductive health.

Take care of a healthy diet

Addictions (such as smoking cigarettes or consuming alcohol) have a negative effect on fertility. Once you get rid of your additions, you will not only stand a greater chance of becoming a father, but also feel a positive effect on your health.

Replenish your deficits

Carefully assorted sets of vitamins and minerals will help to replenish the deficits of elements that have a beneficial effect on semen quality and, hence, on male fertility.

Take a positive attitude
